1. SPORTING ALE
A refreshing German Golden Ale, brewed in the “City of Good Sports”. The very first beer we made way back in 2010. Made with Saaz hops and Australian pale malt.

2. PIRANHA LAGER
Our mid-strength lager. The name was from the story of a couple of local “pelicans” apparently putting piranha’s into our local lake back in the 80’s. Like a Piranha - a couple of mid-strengths won’t do too much damage… hopped with El Dorado & Galaxy

3. THE POCKET ROCKET
Low in ABV but not in flavour. We brewed this beer to celebrate a few of our shorter statured staff members who made a big impact. Pocket Rocket has big caramel & nutty malt characters with citrus hop profile from Cascade & Citra

4. RIVER FLOAT
Our take on the classic American Pale Ale style beer that basically kick started craft beer. We’ve selected a bunch of Citra & Simcoe hops to create a wave of typical citrus and pine for this style ale.

5. HAZY IPA
This is currently our first batch of this Hazy IPA, which will become a year round beer. This tropical NEIPA is brewed with Mosaic, Citra & Galaxy which create a punchbowl full of mango, orange, passionfruit and pine. All late hopped and double dry hopped

6. VANILLA MILK STOUT
The beer that put us on the map. A sweet stout with vanilla. We only brewed it as there was a cricket plague in Wagga in 2011 and we needed a dark beer to camouflage the critters, next minute - best speciality beer in Australian International Beer Awards

First brewed in collaboration with Bavarian brewery Maierbier. This German Lager is 100% brewed with German Spalter hops and local Voyager malts

10. STEAMED RICE
HOPPY CALI-COMMON
If this was a rubbish beer , we would still brew it annually just cause our Head Brewer thinks the name is one of the best - A lager made with rice and classed as a “steam beer” cause of the high heat fermentation of this lager…. yeah maybe not that clever…. to give it some hop levels we’re dry hopped this with Citra, Simcoe & Eclipse.

We made this puppy for the purpose to drink whilst:
- on the BBQ,
- eating your BBQ
- thinking about what to BBQ.Yonks is on the lower side at 4.2% so you don't butcher what you're whipping up! Mashed with all locals malts from Voyager Craft Malt with a good hit of Voodoo malt, which pops out brown sugar, golden honey, toasty malt vibes.
Hop bitterness is distinct which helps cut through any rich meats. We've heavily late-hopped with Citra to punch out some lovely citrussy notes to complement most rubs and spices.
