COLOUR: Red hue, like the colour our Brewer Craig would go if he worked to the intensity this beer name is dedicated to….
TASTE: Grapefruit & lemon from Citra & Cascade hops used. The hop character is then balanced by a high dose of toasty malt sweetness.

FIRST BREWED: JANUARY 2011
Originally known an Red Light Ale we gave it a name change as a dedication to a collection of past staff members: Sammy, Roxy & Zoe, who were all short in stature but made a huge impact here. We raise a glass (not too high) to thank them for their efforts and time spent at Thirsty Crow!
