Business Overview

Thirsty Crow is a family owned, fiercely independent brewpub located in the heart of Wagga Wagga. It is a must-experience destination for lovers of craft beer and cider, regional wine and local artisan food. It's also the working site of the famous Thirsty Crow Brewing Co, which proudly stands in the front bar to give you a mouth-watering view of all the brewing action.

The busy kitchen presents a modern brew-pub menu with a focus on local produce and working with suppliers across the Riverina.

 

Job Role / Criteria

Thirsty Crow is looking for an experienced and qualified Chef with experience in a commercial kitchen. You must have a strong desire to create outstanding food and a broad knowledge of products and ingredients, latest trends and global cuisines, with a focus on local produce.

  • Must be available nights and weekends (Wed - Sunday - subject to change & negotiation) 

  • The kitchen has a set roster

  • Creative thinking encouraged 

  • Ability to keep calm under pressure 

  • Effective communication skills

  • Good leadership skills
