    DESSERT STOUT

    The beer that put us on the map. A sweet stout with vanilla. We only brewed it as there was a cricket plague in Wagga in 2011 and we needed a dark beer to camouflage the critters, next minute - best speciality beer in Australian International Beer Awards

    Brewed to deliver a crisp, full flavoured experience that's balanced to perfection.
    Using locally sourced base malt with select additions of specialty malts and innovative hop products this beer is clean, uncomplicated and smooth. Not to be overthought but just enjoyed.

    A nostalgic amber ale brewed with rolled oats and real golden syrup, reminiscent of a classic golden oat biscuit.

    This easy drinking and light tropical NEPA is a hoppy, hazy, mid strength - made with Galaxy, Simcoe and Eldorado hops that wafts Passionfruit, pineapple and papaya.
